Brisket, beef short rib and meatballs braised in a garlicky tomato sauce. 1.5kg of meat. The complete meal includes: steamed broccoli with lots of salt and butter, small Latkahs, green salad, challah rolls and Zacusca. Served with a black and white cookie and cake pops of the moment
Instructions:
To reheat, the meat will be vacuum sealed, drop the bag right into simmering water for 30 minutes. The broccoli is in a microwave safe container, microwave for 2 minutes. And for the latkahs, place in your toaster or oven at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. For the soup, place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a light simmer.
