Deboned and brined turkey, bathed in an herb garlic butter and roasted. Served atop a chestnut and cranberry stuffing. Served with Brussel sprouts coated in honey and everything bagel spice. Green salad with our house vinaigrette. Cranberry sauce and a Madera-turkey gravy. For dessert a brown butter-sweet potato pie finished with maple syrup and roasted marshmallows.
